Life is too short too miss out on all of life’s opportunities. It doesn’t matter if you are not good at something but that we have a go and have fun in the process. Memories are like a snapshot of time but can last a life time. From the age of 40 Dot started Dancing jazz and tap and preformed on stage. At 46 started to take up running and has participated in many runs since like fun runs, colour runs, park runs 5kms, trail runs 5km to 32km, city to surf 14kms and completed 1/2 marathons 21.5kms and obstacle courses. At 50 learnt to ski for the first time.
